We got an early start this morning after a great breakfast at the Centrella. The weather was cool and sunny. We followed HWY1 to Santa Cruz to see the boardwalk. It was wet, drizzly and dissapointing as the whole boardwalk was closed due to rain. We had better luck in Moss Landing. Bought oranges big as my head for 2.50. Took the back way to San Francisco. Got checked in, and decided to catch a cab to Fisherman's Wharf. Alacatraz is still there but that's about all that's the same. Did the tourist thing, ate dinner at Alioto's then back to the hotel to play cards and plot the day tomorrow. Hopefully the rain will let up a bit.
